Should Black History Month be ended? That’s the question explored by African American filmmaker Shukree Hassan Tilghman as he embarks on a cross-country campaign to do just that. The film examines what the treatment of history tells us about race and power in contemporary America. Shukree Hassan Tilghman will be here for the screen and a post-film Q&A discussion. The film will be shown on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 6:00pm at the Jepson Wolff Auditorium. This event is free and open to the public. To download a flier click here, MTAM Poster.
